The 2400 square foot gallery is located in an historic building: part of it is a colonial residence dating back to the late 1700's.  The intimate and meandering rooms of the center hall colonial transition into a large, open Chelsea style gallery that was added on in the 1920's.
THE CENTER HALL -

THE PINE PLANK ROOM -
This was the entrance into the colonial residence.
Named for the 10" wide pine planks that are original to the house.

THE GARDEN ROOM -
Located in the rear of the building, this room looks out onto the meditative garden.

THE OVEN ROOM -
Named for the cast iron oven which is built into the wall.  It's dated 1865.

THE FLEUR DE LIS ROOM -
During renovations we found tin Fleur de Lis wainscotting on the walls of this room.

THE MAIN GALLERY -
This room was added onto the colonial in the late 1920's, and it's now the entrance to our gallery.
